A sea dragon who may not have wings, but is still powerful. They can blast water from there mouths and swim. The only problem is they dont have gills, so they always hang in shallow waters to make accessing oxygen easy. It used to hang on beaches a lot, but due to human exploitation of beaches they never go to shore usually.
