I finished the White Kyugem, so I had to do the Black Kyugem. I love this drawing. It shows a lot of improvement.

How do you achieve that pokemon color effect

I create the base color, and then use the transparency affect to either 3/4-all the way to add shades or highlights. then with the transparency all the way i blend the colors to that gentle smooth transition.
