So I actually hit being on here for a year on June 21st... which I never acknowledged since no one cares and because I forgot since no one cares :upside_down:
I'll acknowledge it now-
So after a full 365 days, I have gotten 170+ followers, 27 gold stars, and zero of whatever these are all :boom: (100 likes), (and of course 0 on anything above that).
I kinda think it's pathetic but that's just me- especially the followers.
Well whatever- can't make people like me or my art :man_shrugging:

The amount of followers or likes does not judge the quality of art btw ( u 100% draw the nicest hair on this app )

1. I never thought I'd have anyone like straight-up respect me before :sob:
2. I also never knew that the way I draw Aizawa and Yamada is actually liked- I thought people would find it too cutesy and not accurate enough (I've also been told they look like girls a few times too...) I debate a lot if I actually like it or not myself (ALSO FINALLY SOMEONE WHO LIKES A&Y LIKE ME, YAY)
3. Ik that it doesn't really accurately tell how good stuff is, it's just a tad bit annoying and disappointing when some of the things I post don't get as much recognition as I originally hoped it would :')
I've noticed a lot more recently too that my stuff is getting liked less (and/or liked slower), and I'm not sure if that's due to people not liking it, the rapid decline of people on Colors, or something else entirely (Also hurray for someone liking how I draw hair lol)
I typically don't respond to comments but I feel like I had to this one since it felt special- (also sorry for the obnoxiously long response :sob:)

Yah I kinda feel it’s just little kids treating it like social media - is it wrong to say I feel there’s a decrease in good art?? I also feel that there’s less support in my art too. Keep up the good art btw :3 Ik u might feel unsupported sometimes but just to let u know- I’m the biggest fan of ur art <3

Oh, hey, yeahh. I've been on here past an anniversary too, but nobody knows me so yeah. I'm still sad no one said hi when I first started painting. Started with 11 hour artworks...
