i was re-watching my playback and closed my thing by accident?
it happened a bit ago and it resets your progress
luckily i recovered it but i lost about 30 minutes of progress sadly :(
(you can watch the playback and see where it reset)

Did you try using your playbackto recover anything by saving a copy at a certain point?
