Type: Psychic/Bug
Distantly related to Celebi, this mysterious Pokémon has the ability to open portals to other dimensions. Unlike the carefree Celebi, Dielebi is very timid and doesn't often stay in one place for long. When confronted with a battle, it employs the tactic of creating a portal to flee in. Its signature move, Timespace Flux, is essentially a version of Metronome that uses signature moves from other Pokémon at random.

Dielebi is from another place in timespace, not specifically another timeline

It's also a guest character of sorts, since it comes from 'Pokémon Xenoverse', which I totally recommend you get if you have a computer! :D
