Well, Delta is based off of me partially. She grew up with a roughhousing older brother, thus her tomboyish personality. She has a very small circle of friends, mostly because she's always been socially harassed by others. She is difficult to gain trust from. Her eyrie (nest-house) is by a river in a marshy place. Ospreys are known for their fishy diet, and thus Delta can carry large objects in flight and fly for long periods of time.

One of the reasons Delta is reclusive and untrusty is because of an eagle named Augustine.(wanna pic?) She is abusive, insecure and often steals Delta's food. This has been going on almost as long as Delta has been independent. This has hardened and sharpened her will and wit permanently.
