Thank You Very Much for the likes people and your Lovely comments! Yes, Very true, and I hope that Girl is getting on well and ok in life despite the loss of her legs! And of course it's very rare that roller coaster accidents happen! There was a similar incident to The Smiler accident where a stand up type roller coaster derailed on the track as it turned the corner and a young woman got crushed between the carriage and the rail banister. I don't remember the name of the Theme Park, but I know she survived! the buffer bars that keep you in when the roller coaster goes upside down were Blue! Also, I don't know whether or not you knew, but the Twister or TreeTop Twister turned out to be an accident, at Lightwater Valley because a 9 year old boy fell from the carriage and passed away on it! It was instant I think or he might have gone in the Hospital overnight! RIP to the girl that lost her life on The Smiler and the boy who lost his life on the Twister! For imformation Rides like the Twister, the Eagles Claw, Toad Hole, the Rat Ride, the Crows Nest Ride and The Black Pearl are no longer there! It is now for up to 12 years and under. It now features a soft play area, ball pit, kids Rides and a Monkey Tree Top swing area where it's nets and climbing!

I also heared that a 14 year old boy fell off a drop tower in Florida, he fell right from the top onto the ground T^T

Oh Dear! Poor Boy! Did He survive? I strongly doubt He did! Which Theme Park was it at? I once heard of a Girl on a drop tower and on the way down, when the drop came, the elastic inside the Black strong casing that makes the ride go up and down snapped and the thick chord came down over Her and it got caught round Her
ankle while She was on the ride, and she lost Her foot. It's because over years of operating the elastic wore thin! I can't remember which Theme Park it was! There was also....

Four people that lost their lives on a water rapids ride at a Theme Park in Australia. The water pump failed and it didn't pump new water in for the next raft to come follow the other infront, and as a result, the one behind bumped into the one infront when it went down the slide and it overturned, so the people on it got dragged under the water still strapped in their seats and four got stuck in the coveyor belt and I think they were drowned with the water or crushed, I can't just remember. ...

Shortly after the accident, They demolished the ride, the people who operated the ride were charged with negligence to the ride and the Theme Park was shut down and is no longer there. As for the victims families, they were awarded 1000s and 1000s in compensation by the court Judge. Since the Theme Park was shut down, they built housing in it's place. Do keep in mind though, that Theme Park accidents are very rare!

A ride near me did something similar, it was a water ride and their boat flipped upside-down. I think they were okay and luckily didn't drown.

So Sorry for the Boy! Very Sad! I thought the Sunburn or Sunburner pendulum ride was bad, because when it set off the seats became ejected at one point and one person fell from the ride! As a result, for health and safety measures, they even shortly closed the Eagles Claw ride down at Light Water Valley, just to make sure that it wasn't a fault on all pedulum rides. They shortly found out that there wasn't and the Eagles Claw shortly reopened. I don't like big rides in general, but I certainately don't like any upside down ones. I don't know if you knew this, but a 5 Year old Girl once got her leg caught in the rails of the Ladybird Roller Coaster Ride at Light Water Valley. It's a Family Ride! It's quite good too, because adults can go on it, because it's not age restricted and I like rides like that, where they go by height restriction and not age! At Florida I wouldn't stand a chance with the rides there, because a lot are age restricted! I hate it when they do that! I like those Junior Pirate Swing Boats! I also like the Spinning Teacups. Especially the ones where you get a wheel in the middle to extra spin them round! I once went on the Tetley's ones at Noelsley Safari Park, and I also went on a ride wher it took you up on a high pole and at the top the went round on some arms in a circular motion and there was also a wheel on that so that you can spin the carriage round either way. I spuni it round the opposite way to what it was going. It was a really Fun Family Ride. I also like the Ghost Train and the Big Wheel.
