Raymond is a little plant guy named after the rays of sunlight a plant absorbs. He used to be named Ray, but Raymond is better. :P
Raymond also usually has a bright personality. You know, bright like the sun! The thing is, though he wakes up every morning feeling happy, he gets nervous easily and can lose his cool during that. Despite his anxiety problems, he does show quite the courage when necessary.

Raymond can absorb sunlight and turn it into laser energy, which he shoots from his mouth. The leaves on his head glow when he does so. He can also fly, as one can tell from the leaves on his arms. Raymond's also an athlete, being as well energetic and loving to fly around. Since he burns so many calories, he's gonna be drawn eating/drinking something often. Also as a running gag.
Plus, just because it's cool, this dude is psychic. He's immune to mind control and can undo any kind of it.
