Despite the name, these hyper beasts are pretty chill. However it doesn't mean they will attack. Sharknados will easily pick people up when other hyper beasts attack that person.
If they height doesn't k!ll you, fear will, these beasts love doing tricks to impress others, making you there personal tennis ball to throw in the air and catch till they get bored. Taming one isn't hard though, grab a shiny thing and They'll come running.
