But I'm also nervous of staying since my family is wanting to do smth I'm not interested in. It's just been in an overwhelmingly high level of noise, I'm probably just being too sensitive but my brother wont even listen to me :(
Overstimmulated, your that right now. To many things happening and is causing the anxiety in your brain. It's like touching to many spiders. All the hairy legs, crawls up your back... It's not fun, and completely understand.
And it's nothing to feel sorry for! I get that feeling a bit, so your not alone. You could always try to hide in the bathroom or closet, if thats possible for noise reduce? Then try to give yourself a minute to breath...
@Bloopy_Doop It's hopefully seeming that way, I'm just anxious if I head back to where they are it'll just flip right back. I also don't want it to seem like im dissociating from them or making them seem like they're a problem.
Hm, that is tricky. Well, if you aren't needed to head back out there, maybe it's just best to lie down in bed, give yourself time. You deserve to give yourself a break, especially if you're feeling overwhelmed by everything
You also don't have to follow everything I say! People have a different way to handle this, so whatever works for me could be different for you! Do what makes you feel more relaxed, okay? And if you need a break from CL, I suggest doing so, if it's also the root for being overwhelmed (I'm not trying to force you! Just, more like suggestions, is all..)

I'm sure they will understand. If you're able to, communication is always good for this sort of issue, but givin you live in a semi-strict household, I'm unsure how open you are to them about personal issues...

Everyone has that one thing that helps them, i like to curl up in a blanket and crochet or sew.
