I like the circle snow design i added, thats new. Definitely gonna use it more.

Anywho this is prince Freeze, an animus enchanted dragon like anemone, however He's been in an egg for thousands of years till the world was safe for his hatching. He's pretty secluded, and despite being royal he never hangs around other dragons of any kind. Also rarely uses his powers unless he needs to for defense.
