Russia is declaring war on England in August by RubbishEngineering
I really hope You're happy to know that the war with russia and uk is fake. heres the first reason why: firstly, if russia declared war on uk it wouldve declared war on the whole of nato (Ger. Usa, Canad Etc.) and i think russia knows theyre out numbered by allies and military.
secondly: the article you read this from is most likely a tabloid, which is a newspaper that feeds fake information into the press for people to buy their newspapers.

anyway, how would the news get that information? its a bit like saying: "We're going to attack you! defend or you will di3!" and then the other country and its allies are like: "thanks for warning us!" *send 1 million reserve troops to neighbouring countries of that country*

@JakeTheDragonKing yes i do know that the tsar bomba could inflict a lot of damage but it would have to be dropped from a bomber, which would be difficult to get a bomber into american airspace even if it flys as high as the u2 aircraft. but still they have nato so they will put up a fight even if the other country surrenders
