what do i do when i start ripping my hair out when stressed or upset? how do i stop thinking about thing i shouldnt..?
im fine, lifes going great why do i still feel so hurt and upset..
also i dont want to do counseling again, my school wants to put me in dr^g and alc0h0l ab^s3 even though ive only drank twice-
i also wish i wasnt so annoying and open to everyone.
