i was officially diagnosed 2yrs ago. it started cuz of bullying. im rly insecure of my body so i like stress eat and binge eat then i realize im gaining weight so i chew gum, overexersize, drink water to the point where i want to throw up, ect. i used to/ i throw up on weigh day to bring the number lower so everyone else was happy when i feel like sh!t. she (my théripist) said my tendencies were coming back and im so stressed now i cant focus on anything
