im supposed to get braces in july but i'll probably need extractions :/

ppl only need extractions if they have teeth crowding

Ooh good luck!! Quick tip, idk why but ice-cold water helps with any pain for a little while :3

Also hard candies, popcorn, and soda should be fine as long as your careful and brush every night, plus apples are ok as long as they're sliced! (unless your dentist or orthodontist says otherwise lol im no medical professional)
