He is probably my favorite wof character that isn't like a main-main character (in my fan story)

He is a hybrid between a RainWing and a SeaWing
and his pronouns are He/They

Unlike the others, Rio is (mostly) equal parts RainWing and SeaWing, but like Pumpkin, he has some hybrid "malfunctions".
Some of these are; the fact that he can light up most scales as if they were all bioluminescent, (the weirdest one->) the fact that the tip of his completely bioluminescent with a string-like-thing
