Ooh oki so for hands use your own hands for reference if you have a smart device you could use the photo mod and use a picture of hands and copy it
For feet it rlly depends on your artstyle so I can't help you with that
For Poses look in a mirror do the pose you want to draw if you have anything that can take pictures take a picture for ref and if you have a smart device use the photo mod and use a picture for ref ^ ^
