@Meowy_a_Meowdracorn so basically, i draw a character but in multiple segements on different layers (ex: arms, hair, tail) and then animate them by moving the different parts so it looks like a animation

thats what tweening is, most TV shows do it
then a icon is just kida the term i felt like using along tweened
