No one knows who he is, or why he always has a clock on his head at one point and a latern at another. However he always appears when death is near... or not, depends on his mood.

COUGH COUGH meet whatever his name is! Probably clock or something. Anywho he has no head, so he uses whatever is left from old rooms to use as one. If anything he hangs out wherever he wants being a silent fancy man.
