The Vox Ultimus is a heavily modified AK-47 rifle fitted with a custom rotary barrel and feed mechanism. This does make the weapon remarkably heavy, but does increase its rate of fire massively.

All weapon stats gain a 25% increase while critically wounded. Holding reload allows you to voluntarily trigger the critically wounded state. If "Cry Havoc" is triggered manually, stat boost is increased to 30%.
