Out of everyone he does the worst at his job, because he simply tries too hard to grab every kid's attention, in turn he instead gives them extreme anxiety.
Has erratic and excessive energy, and usually gets into trouble all the time. He has been scrapped and repaired by the giant monstrosity (mentioned in the lore drawing) 87 (bite of 87' he) times and counting.
He can shoot confetti out of his right arm.
