Um, I think your basic drawing is pretty boss. That Rainbow Dash looks like you drew her in freaking flash! I mean, wow! The only thing I could suggest is maybe take a little more time on the background. Not that there is anything wrong with it. I just think it might add to the picture as a whole if you maybe added a little something.

You could try adding an enlarged image of her cutie mark in the background on the righthand side. Maybe a nicely written name and some 3d particles.
