Do not be fooled by his comical appearance, as Copy Man is one of the creations of Dr. Wily's supercomputer to take revenge on Mega Man. He has the ability to copy any document perfectly just by looking at it just once. Though a bit scatterbrained, he loves organizing documents and files by alphabetical or numerical order, depending on the type of document. His Special Weapon is the Scan Beam, where he fires a sweeping laser that can adopt elemental properties on hit.
