Tge ground was covered with a thick layer of snow. Trecor and whitefang had went out scavenging for berries. Trecor stopped at a low hanging branch with red berries clutching on to it.
"Whitefang!" Trecor called out "I found some!"
Whitefang trotted over to where trecor stood. "That's enough to feed the whole pack!" Whitefang yelped in excitement
"Yeah yeah, four wolves and and a few pups that still suckle" Trecor laughed
They picked a few of the berries and left
