This is my Billie Bust Up OC!

DJ Usagi is an antagonist who uses music to try and defeat Billie, much like the others. But her theme is SOLELY on music, UNLIKE the others. But there are still some... *ahem...* Easter eggs to look out for. Her signature song is Rabbit Hole (by DECO*27). During her battle, she may occasionally glow into a bright, blinding amount of colors. Don't get tricked by them! They may look stunning, but make sure you keep moving! She's crazy!!
