I have a personal theory!
What if most of some of the teachers have one eye covered on PURPOSE, but Miss Circle is covering HERS because of a sad secret she keeps to herself?
My headcanon is that she has a nasty scar there! And she used to live so happily with... guess who. Sierra! Sierra was Miss Circle's beloved daughter! Her father unfortunately passed away. Thankfully the two girls survived!
Miss Circle's actual name probably could've been Cassidy!
