So I was drawing and it took me a good 20 min on it, and the worst thing happened that could ever happen. I was done and I clicked save and exit, correct? and then I was stuck on the "saving..." screen for a good 5 minutes and that doesn't normally happen. So I sadly closed the app and ofc its not saved :crying_cat_face: I really loved tht artwork I did :cry: im going to now cry over my lost artwork that was never posted :thumbsup:
Is this a bug? Idk

Sorry about your lost artwork. The team is aware of this bug and are trying to fix it. Do you remember doing anything that may have caused it? Did you notice anything weird prior to that? If we have the steps for replicating it we have a better chance of solving and fixing it.

I don't remeber anything that could of caused it, or anything glitching, It was just like reguler colors live.

I see. How long were you working on the painting? I've had freezing happen to and one way I found to get by this is saving or making copies often(at least every 15 minutes).

I worked on the painting for abot 10-20 minutes but it prob said on colors that it was like 3-10 seconds
