@Sunny8 here you go! His name is a Japanese mountaun (Jifu)
Jifu is a rather ordinary skywing. He likes to hang around the border where the skywing and icewing territory meet. He is naturally blind in one eye and has a scar on his left wing. He is a flamboyant, carefree skywing that is awkward around other dragons and incredibly clumsy.
