Yes, it was a surprise to me too
but after some lore digging i found out Kaeya is actually adopted, his dad abandoned
n he was raised by Master Caeprus (?), Diluc's father.
But Kaeya is there for another reason
He's a spy, n dats y now Diluc dislikes him
