Oh boy, so. Nintendo's shutting down their 3ds online services,, huh.
Unfortunately I won't be purchasing the switch version of colors so although I've been inactive for a while I figured it was about time I officially said my goodbyes :,)
I genuinely don't really know where to begin. I got colors probably when I was around?? What maybe 11?? And it stayed a major part of my life for years after. I can honestly say I don't think any community, online or other, has had quite as big of an impact on me as a person as this one. I've met so many wonderful amazing individuals here, so many people that have inspired me to keep going at art and to be the best person I can be. I've made friends here during times where it was very difficult for me to find friends, and I genuinely feel like I've grown up with this silly little 3ds drawing platform beside me. It may sound cringe but I do, seriously, genuinely believe I would not be the same person I am today if it weren't for the experiences I had on colors, and the people I've met. Colors is like a little online home to me, and I know I haven't been active much for a while now anyways but it does sting having to say goodbye. But things are different now and I'm different and nintendo refuses to pay for online servers for their slightly older consoles, so it's time to say farewell.

So thank you to colors and it's community, for inspiring me to pursue art and find a passion I can sink my time into and have fun with. And thank you to all the amazing, wonderful friends I've made on here that have known me since I was an insufferable wee little babby (which uh,,, while we're at it,,, genuinely im sorry I was such an insufferable wee little babby. I was naive and young and there's a few things I've said or done on here that I regret. Sorry that y'all had to deal with me hdhjfj)
I don't really know what else to say except that this community will probably stick with me for the rest of my life. But especially extra thanks to these amazing people bc I love them all,, they're all radical <3

oh and also sorry this drawing is so low quality hGFJFJFJ i put off doing this until last minute because it makes me feel A Many A Thing(tm) to be back here and i mostly draw humans now and havent drawn a furry in like. a year. so unfortunately wolfie gets to stay low quality but thats okay it was nice drawing her again anyway <3

I'm so happy it have met you Vivie! We both inspire each other in so many ways, I'm glad I was a good role model for you, it because of that I always try to do better in not just art but as a person to. You are a wonderful friend and I hope we still be able to keep in touch some how. I will always be here for you and you will always be in my prayers <3

Thank you so much Vivie for inspiring me to keep going with my art! I remember it was quite difficult for me to pick up the pen and draw something, but your comments always truly lit that fire back again. I really appreciate it. Hopefully I'll see you around somewhere! I wish to see more art >:)
