Aka Colors for the 3ds is going to be gone due to nintendo shutting down most old nintendo counsils...
So most of our 3ds freinds will lose the 3ds online...

Your account will be fine, but I'm guessing what'll happen is that you will no longer be able to upload from the 3DS console itself.
If you have L!ve, which is the Switch ver., then you could make new ones THERE and upload them from your Switch. Although, you could also log-in online as well from the website, itself and still chat with everyone that way on your old 3DS pics in each of their respective comment sections like this one.
Your acc keeps what you've drawn and just says where you made it.
