Another creation of Dr.Wily's supercomputer, Tank Man's design was based from Napalm Man and Search Man's schematics, utilizing the best elements from the two to create what is, quite literally, a living tank. Armed with powerful blasters and equipped with extremely durable armor, Tank Man's main function is to lead heavily-armed sieges. His Special Weapon is the Hyper Cannon, where he fires an explosive round from the cannon on his head. Too bad he's got no hands...
