Crisp is a shiny palkia, so Victoria always teases him. They've got a rivalry going over who can get the most ribbons.
Technically, they've never met, since Crisp is still getting contest ribbons in Pearl, and Victoria's waiting for him in X. But I like to draw them together and make up personalities for them though!
