Mr. X by KlonoaDude
Is a fake identity & persona of Dr. Wily masking his true identity. Mr. X is a mysterious billionaire of unknown origin that is the leader of the X Foundation. He sponsors the World Robot Alliance & is the sponsor of the First Annual Robot Tournament. He takes control of the 8 strongest robot masters in the tournament to help him conquer the world & mentioned that he was the one who manipulated Dr. Wily into helping him take over the world. Mega Man proceeds to stop him & his robots, & when he reaches him inside Mr. X's Castle, Mr. X attempts to stop the hero with the X Crusher, but fails. After his defeat, he revealed himself not to be manipulating Dr. Wily, but to be Dr. Wily in disguise. Wily then escapes to his Wily Castle.

@LooneyWizard When I first played Mega Man 6 I've known it was Wily the whole time I mean come on the baldlining with the wing split hair, the fake beard & jewelry didn't fool me to believe he's another person, in spite Archie comics tried to make Mr. X a seperate character from him. But seriously how could Wily tried to "manipulate himself" into helping him conquer the world, that's silly.
