I'm so confused, how are you guys just putting circles around everywhere and just somehow get copies of or where you want the pieces to be moved to?
Was this drawn on the Switch and it's somehow letting me see it on the 3DS anyway? I'm sorry, I love your work, I'm just so confused & this isn't the first time I've seen someone do this either.

@Lexiplexi28 They most likely duplicate the layer and then use the scissor tool to move it

@Mango_Boba Oh yeah, this is where I sent out that comment, LoL. Sorry and thank you. I figured out that I was just watching a Switch playback video on my 3DS. Due to the tools, it can't comprehend what's going on and a lot of videos end up looking like a jumbled mess. Including mine.
But that aside, I love your Bubble and Hand pictures, OP LoL!!! X3
