ok so, first of all, you should pick a topic for your comic, it's one of the most important things to create one since your comic will (mostly) be all about it (TheLostMemories is mostly about friendship and supressed feelings).
then, you should create characters that have a simple and unique design (you will have to draw them a lot so i suggest very simple designs ^^').
that's pretty much it, if u have questions, just ask ^^
