[What is value?] In general it's related to monetary, but in art it's about tonal value, how lightness and darkness of the color/hue. It used for; guide the audience to main focus, composition, coloring, depth of field, and many more.
In Switch it's easy to do value check, just go to system setting > system > change display color > grayscale.
But don't worry it's only for nerd like me, you can skip it. There are many other ways to get better at drawing or at least get many likes.
