The animatronic suddenly aimed Bon Bon directly at Hope and Leo.
Leo was ecstatic, and filled with wonder, as he gave the hand puppet a pat.
Hope, on the other hand, was startled, and hid behind a bundle of spare parts.
And...As soon as she was out of the picture... The animatronic scanned the room, and the boy once more. Hope was no longer in the room, according to the creature's programming.

That version is worse, he actually tortures his victims (in a way) instead of just ending them.
