Well technically no, But they probably are related in some kind of way because they come from the same pack, As you (Probably) know most wolves in a pack are related,
So they do see each other as brothers like how some humans call each other 'brother' although they aren't related, So if say Whitefangs mate had pups the pups would call trecor unkle because thats how they see him
