SINCE WHEN COULD THE ARTISTS WITHOUT THE FULL VERSION ONLY UPLOAD 1 PAINTING EACH DAY？？？

I'm from 2020, I haven't played in a year or two and I remember artists without the full version could upload 3 per day, because I used to play the demo. I used to have the full version card but someone in my family ended up throwing it away not knowing what it was (I do still have a sonar pen). I get you want more money but 1 A DAY？
