Serial numbered as DWN-029 Ring Man is a robot master built by Dr. Cossack specially assigned for combat to terminate Mega Man by Wily's order. His specialty is ring boomerang, a literal ring-shaped boomerang that resembles a chakram. Having high penetration power & speed, & being throwable from almost any angle, it's both powerful & unpredictable weapon.

Being built most for fighting, Ring Man is a clever strategist who's confident in his abilities. But he does not believe in showing mercy to defeated opponents, and tends to be egotistical. He enjoys playing quoits because it suits his ability to throw rings very well, but he dislikes children.
