I've noticed that static to some degree. Glad to see you've figured out what the cause might be. I got a little bit of it using the pixel eraser tool on a layer with the transparency mod on.
@The_Adjudicator Yeah, something about how Colors handles transparency is a little bit bugged - if you make a bunch of layers, erase them almost completely (like 99%), then merge them, it causes the errors to become more visible the more times you repete the process. Doing it intentionally can get some pretty cool effects, though having those effects show up unexpectedly can ruin a pic.
