I may not really suffer from thalassophobia, but even I dread the thoght of being strapped hopelessly to the bottom of.. well any body of water really. Asphyxiation is a very discomforting thooght.

Do you want to know a good way to cure arachnophobia? Exposure therepy with jumping spiders. They are the cutest of all spiders. They are very curious and surprisingly intelligent. Recent research has shown that they likely enter REM sleep, and possibly even experience dreams. They're typically docile and won't try to bite you unless threatened, though they're bite is harmless if they ever do.
