after kalingrad had an uprising in 2042, it broke away from ARR (Authortarian Republic of Russia) it gathered many political parties and supporters from Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Belarus. they first took Lithuania and won, heavily. the amount of political power kalingrad had was imense, their army, air force and royal navy was beyond extreme. just two weeks after the war on Lithuania, kalingrad gained nuclear strike capability. in the next month they captured Latvia, Estonia and Belarus.
