ugh i hate getting it.
my cramps get so bad im like, bawling over in pain.

somtimes i get moody, sometimes i crave foods, sometimes i feel meloncoly..
i guess since ive gotten older, (first was when i was 12, im 24 now) it changes as you mature ya know?

but hey, your not a little girl anymore, you've become a woman and thats a wonderful thing!!

the pain really only lasts the first 3 days or so. but i usually bleed the whole week. well kinda. i geta 'skip' day.
so like, if i were to get it on a monday, it goes till Wendsday, blood skips Thursday then friday its back :/
so alot of times im thinking 'oh it ended' then the the next day im tossing a pair of underwere in the garbage :/

but its diffrent for every girl. you may only get a couple cramp days. and hardly any blood.

Choclate always helps. so does putting a heat pack around the bladder area. dont do ice pack, that makes it worce.
also warm showers helps sooth the muscles there.
