I don't often do fan art but today was Monster Hunter 20th Anniversary! So I wanted to do something fun for when I first got introduced to it xD
I didn't know anything about MH until I met my best friend @LillyLightstar and she used to (and still dose ) talk about it a lot! She suggested I try out Monster Hunter Stories and well... let just say I didn't know ANYTHING about the game or the Monster so when I seen some sleeping pink chicken dragon I didn't think much of it! BIG MISTAKE, let just say I got my tail handed to me so hard stop right there :'D
Then just a few months later the beta to Monster Hunter world came out and I kind of got sucked into that so long story short I never actually beaten Stories but I have picked it up this year and been having a blast with it! I even now have my own army of Pinkies now! MAHAHAHAHAH!!!
so that one of my favorite MH memories x'D
Even though I'm still fairly new to the series I still wanted to do something for the Bday of this wonderful series! :D

I got introduced to mh through stories too! :D
And i made the same mistake of fighting the pink chicken with my khezu :,D

I just made it to the desert and I now have me my pink chicken who I named Spite

@-_Lunar_- thank you! I thought it be fitting since it took me so long to pick the game back up after that incident with Pinky x'D
They are coming out with Stories 1 remastered for the Switch and PS4/SP5!! It have the Japanese exclusive expansion pack to! We're you get to have elder dragons as rideable monsters! I think when I get that one I'm going to name my Pink Rathian DW after my pink Dreamer girl

Oh yes, the sleeping pink Ratian. : ) Such a brilliant choice by the dev team. MH Stories is such a gem. I loved playing through these little spinoffs. Glad the first game is getting an HD port to Nintendo Switch, including the bonus content that never made it to the international release.
