Serial numbered as DLN/DRN-00A Time Man is a robot master built by Dr. Light tasked for experimenting time traveling as such with his useful ability time slow being partake in the event. Though he's a prototype he's not been able to have been perfected the time travel scenario due to being incomplete as he suffers great severe inferiority complex giving him a flawed personality.

As his personality goes he gains an irritable attitude as likes of being bossy, somewhat conceited, & is very obsessive over unnecessary perfection. He is completely obsessed with time and his schedules, keeping strict track of time, & because of his strict and domineering personality, he won't put up with any idle or useless activities, taking others to task for their lateness. However, he also doesn't show any appreciation for the timeliness of punctual robots such as Ice Man. As seen in most of his conversations, he additionally tends to not speak much if he thinks it will waste time.
