Serial Numbered as DLN/DRN-003 Cut Man is a robot master built by Dr. Light tasked to be a timber-felling robot. He possess abilities like having a fast agility to withstand strong rain & wind as well to jump against horizontal surfaces to reach great heights. His special weapon rolling cutter is useful in a tossed boomerang like tactic to attack from a distance. He has a habit of being stubborn & at times not heed any warnings when told but at times can be aware of his surroundings then quickly becomes quite cunning when self-alerted. He likes papercutting and haircuts, and has been known to be extremely bad at the game rock-paper-scissors.
