1: Hazel is 18 although she acts younger.
2: Hazel was found and taken to a lab for testing, Ray used to work there and found out how much they were hurting her so he took her. The main reason i made her an alien is because I wanted a fun, colorful oc but with a fun story and i dont really know i just did

Yeah she didnt have much of a childhood so she acts like one now, she also doesn't know how to act at her age
