maybe look up a dog as reference and pay attention to where the joints are in there legs. i normal mark out all of the joints and different parts of the body on a bottom layerand then draw on the top layer so i have a good base to work with. itll make it more wolfy but it looks really good job.
maybe also try working from the body out cuase i notice you started with the face which in my experience makes it really hard to get the body to look natural but that could just be how my brain work everyones process is different so just keep drawing and you improve a lot. i love the drawing tho awesome job
